Farm Country has the following career opportunity available for an individual seeking employment in the equipment dealer industry.

Title: Yard Maintenance Specialist

Location: Farm Country – Sulphur Springs, TX

Reports to: All Management

Position Responsibilities:

–       Overall responsibility is to keep the grounds maintained, machinery and other equipment detailed, and assist in the maintenance and janitorial duties of the facility.

–       Load and unload trucks (deliveries of new equipment and palletized items, store transfers, dealer transfers.)

–       Dump scrap metal and trashcans

–       Load scrap pallet dumpsters

–       Keep tires aired up on equipment on the line and sales lot.

–       Maintenance of oil dump stations.

–       Occasional maintenance of company-owned equipment.

–       Assist technicians when requested by the service department.

–       General yard maintenance: Spraying weeds, mowing, weed trimming, and picking up trash.

–       Washing and detailing equipment as needed at the wash bay.

–       Janitorial duties as needed.

–       Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

–       Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

–       Strong oral and written communication skills.

–       Strong organizational skills

–       Basic forklift operation experience

–       Able to work with minimal supervision.

–       Ability to work as a team member.
