Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Farm Country, Inc. – Sulphur Springs, TX
Reports to: Service Management
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for set-up and assembly of all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership.
- Capability to understand components and inspect them to see they are in proper operating conditions.
- Complete a pre-delivery inspection of equipment to ensure the quality meets company standards.
- Occasionally deliver new equipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining the dealership's lot (trash, equipment, organization, etc.)
- Operate a forklift to load and unload equipment as needed.
- Inspect all new equipment upon delivery to the dealership.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Basic hand tools to perform job duties.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic forklift operation experience
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as a team member.
Education/Experience:
- Strong mechanical skills; Good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.

Title: Diesel Mechanic
Location: Farm Country, Inc. – Sulphur Springs, TX
Reports to: Service Manager
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for independently performing diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer agricultural, small construction and turf equipment.
- Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
- Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of machine information, diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on-time submittal of information.
- Required to participate in service training programs needed to develop skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Proper tools to perform job duties.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Computer skills are preferred.
- Strong customer service-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as a team member.
Education/Experience:
